Please note that we are no longer held responsible for your parcel the moment it leaves our hands and is sent with the courier. We do however make sure that your parcel is delivered on time and in great condition. Through careful consideration we have chosen the best courier to deliver your parcels flawlessly. 

If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our absolute best to help you resolve the situation. 

Return & Exchange Policy

We do accept returns on certain products only, please see 'RETURN & REFUND POLICY' under our product information. We do not accept returns on customized items as well as our beanies for hygienic purposes. If you would like to do an exchange (wrong size) please contact us and we will happily get back to you ASAP regarding the next steps.
